Prohibited items typically include hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, and appliances with refrigerants. If you're unsure about an item, please ask when you call.

Our standard rental period is 7-10 days, but we offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your project timeline. Extended rentals are available for an additional fee. We'll discuss your specific needs when you place your order to ensure you have the dumpster for as long as you need it.

If you're placing the dumpster on your private property (like a driveway), you typically don't need a permit. However, if you need to place it on a public street or sidewalk, most cities require a permit. Our team can advise you on local requirements and may be able to assist with the permitting process.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport overfilled dumpsters. The load must be level with the top of the container walls. If your dumpster is overfilled, we'll contact you to discuss solutions which may include removing some material or upgrading to a larger container. Additional fees may apply in these cases.
